By accessing or using CVheaven, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

CVheaven is a free online CV builder that lets you create, edit, and export a professional CV in PDF format. We provide tools to help you organise and present your professional information — nothing more. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You own the content you enter into CVheaven (your CV data, uploaded files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in your CV. You must not upload content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

CVheaven is a tool to help you create and present your professional information. We make no guarantee, expressed or implied, that using CVheaven will result in job interviews, employment offers, or any other career outcome. Results depend entirely on factors outside our control.

You agree not to use CVheaven to:

• Upload or distribute malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We aim to keep CVheaven available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CVheaven and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost employment opportunities, or business losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or €10, whichever is greater).

CVheaven relies on third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, and Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice.
